Anybody else use this Bisquick, instant, pancake mix? I used it on vacation and it’s really good. It’s not like it’s Rocket Science or anything, you just add water, but I suck at using Bisquick straight from the box and I always screw up the consistency that I need. This is perfect; just add a cup and 1/2 of water, shake and you are good to go.
Again, this isn’t the greatest invention ever, it’s just convenient and just the right about of batter for about 3-4 people so you don’t waste a lot. You can also keep it for up to 3 days and use the remaining batter. Anything that is easy and fast; I’m all about and it made the pancake process easy. The frozen ones just don’t cut it as they taste blah after a while.
Anyway, add some blueberries, strawberries or whip cream and you have yourself an instant, yummy breakfast! Noah is all about pancakes so this is just great.
