In a business environment, OK lets get real, even in the real world, you need to empower yourself to make decisions. I loathe these mealy-mouthed women that walk around and can’t take care of themselves and can’t make a decision to save their souls.
Just have the guts to make decisions for yourself, truly how hard is this? I would understand if you are a Nuclear Physicist, but not an insurance processor or a customer service representative. If you have a decision to make, think about it, remain calm and rational and have the guts to empower yourself to make the decision.
Life is too short to sit around and not take care of yourself also. Do you really have to have a man around to take care of you? Make your decisions, even lift things for you? For pity sake, get on with it and take care of yourself. Yes, every once in a while we all need help, but stop feeling sorry for yourself and seriously stop carrying the chip on your pathetic shoulder and just put on your big girl panties.
I don’t understand why women have to be so needy when they have the power to be so strong. Use the tools and the assets God has given you and kick some butt. They are right there in front of you.
Just do it and stop whining about it. If I have to sit around and here one more pathetic story or sit around and deal with another day of decisions that just “can’t be made” without major discussions I’m going to scream!
Just Do It! Put on some NIKE shoes and just DO IT!
