We have a new addition to our family and I became a Great Aunt today. We have the birth of a new nephew into our family. His name is Logan Allen and he weighed in at 6 lbs. 5 oz. and he was 19 inches long. What a cutie, just as handsome as his dad and had a smile as pretty as his mom’s!
He came into the world on April 23, 2008 without a bit of trouble and his lungs seemed to be in full working order. He was about 4 weeks early but he and mommy are both doing fine.
My sister and her husband are Grandparents for the first time too so this is a major event for them too. That is just a great feeling. I’m still in awe of that feeling every day!
