Netflix is the most wonderous concept since sliced bread in my book! It changed my life. No more wandering aimlessly through Blockbuster trying to find or decide what movie I might want to watch. Instead, I have thousands of movies at my fingertips and they come right to my door.
Every once in a while though you do get a bad movie. Last night I anxiously awaited the arrival or a Chipmunk cartoon for my 3 year old and got him prepared on the bed. I opened the red envelope and to my surprise the DVD slid out in two pieces. Bummer! Your never sure if it just got broke during delivery or some idiot just didn’t realize it back at the Netflix Home Office. Either way this little 3 year old looked at me as if I wear from another planet and demanded a movie. We settled for Tom and Jerry cartoons and all ended well.
Still, it’s just a great feeling to come home and have movies in your mailbox. I’m set for the weekend with two at home and all I have to do is slide under my covers and get ready for cinema greatness!
